Cox Automotive - USA is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician II to perform DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and advanced diagnostics on a range of trucks in a mobile/field setting. This role supports customers nationwide while operating a company vehicle and using TRAIT on an iOS device.

The position offers an hourly base pay between $32.31 and $48.46, with a $3,000 new hire bonus paid in two installments. Remote work is possible, but you must reside in the specified city/region.

Formación

• Licensed DOT inspections and preventative maintenance on vehicles.
• Experience with light to heavy-duty trucks.
• Ability to diagnose advanced mechanical/electrical issues.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled PM, DOT inspections, and follow-up repairs.
• Diagnose, adjust, and repair electrical, braking, and engine systems.
• Maintain parts inventory and service trucks.
• Document work, upload RO photos using TRAIT on iOS.
• Complete DOT forms and other documentation promptly.
• Work independently with strong scheduling and prioritization.
