Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with relevant experience; alternative is higher degree/certification in related field.
• DOT/FMCSA rules knowledge and ability to pass DOT pre-employment screening.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate in mobile/field environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PM, DOT inspections, and followup repairs on light to heavy vehicles.
• Diagnose automotive electrical, braking, cooling, and engine systems on site.
• Road test vehicles and document findings on RO using TRAIT app.
• Maintain safety checks, inventory, and daily pre/post trip inspections.
