Cox Fleet, part of Cox Enterprises, seeks a Mobile Diesel Technician Level I to perform DOT inspections, preventive maintenance, and light repairs on trucks and trailers in a mobile field setting. You will handle diagnostics, tool use, and documentation while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include road testing, inventory management, and following company procedures to ensure timely and quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years related experience (or 5 years in field).
• Own set of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM, DOT Inspections and follow-up repairs on light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles in field.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, braking, cooling, and engine systems.
• Inspect and road-test vehicles to ensure proper operation and safety.
