Job summary

Rush Truck Leasing is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician to service client fleets and respond to on-site calls. You will perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and part replacements with an emphasis on customer service and safety.

Responsibilities include inventory control, after-hours availability, and accurate reporting using company systems. The role requires a CDL with medical card, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 7 years of Class 7/8 technician experience in a dealership or

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL and Medical card required by FMVS.
• 7 years' experience as Class 7 & 8 technician in a dealership or related truck service facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all aspects of equipment according to company standards.
• Handle basic maintenance of the truck including fuel, oil checks, cleanliness and inspections.
• Manage inventory control on the service truck and keep vehicle stocked.
• Report to the Service Manager and perform daily duties as assigned.
• Be available for after-hours service calls and flexible with work schedule.
• Diagnose and repair using diagnostic equipment and manuals, document results.
