Cox Fleet is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform DOT inspections, PMs, and repairs in a mobile/field environment. You will diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems, manage parts on the service truck, and document findings via RO on an iOS device using TRAIT.

Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, ASE T8 (PMI) within 18 months, and a valid driver's license with DOT background checks. Safety compliance and independent scheduling are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; related experience welcomed.
• ASE T8 (PMI) certification within 18 months of hire.
• Valid CDL/driver's license and DOT background check compliance.
• Experience with DOT inspections and preventative maintenance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform DOT inspections, PMs, and light to heavy repairs in mobile/field setting.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, braking, cooling, and engine systems.
• Inspect, test, and document findings; drive tests to verify repairs.
• Manage parts on service truck and prepare accurate Repair Orders.
• Communicate estimates and approvals with management and customers.
• Adhere to safety, OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations during all tasks.
