Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician II to perform licensed DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and complex repairs on light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks in a mobile/field environment. You will diagnose, triage, and lead on-site service, communicating with customers and managing parts and documentation.

Applicants should have 3+ years of field experience and ASE certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related discipline with degree/cert may fit.
• 3+ years in fleet or related field; or 5 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT inspections, PMs and repairs on light–heavy trucks in mobile/field settings.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Document work and upload photos to Repair Orders; use company iOS TRAIT app.
