Job summary

Cox Fleet is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician II to perform licensed DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and light to heavy repairs in a mobile/field setting. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair various truck systems, manage parts on a service truck, and document findings using a company app.

Lead on jobsites, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with customers and management. Requires DOT/FMCSA knowledge, valid license, and tools; 100% travel in the region and potential

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of related field experience preferred.
• Experience with refrigerated equipment is a plus.
• DOT/FMCSA compliance and safety training required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT inspections, PMs, and repairs on mobile fleet.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, cooling and mechanical systems.
• Maintain vehicle, order parts, and document work performed in RO via TRAIT app.
