Behavioral Health Network (BHN) in Western Massachusetts is seeking a Mobile Crisis Triage Supervisor with licensure to lead Adult and Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention Teams. You’ll provide supervision, clinical oversight, and strategic coordination for rapid crisis responses and mobile assessments.

The role demands a Master’s degree in a mental health field, LICSW or LMHC licensure, and at least two years of post-graduate clinical plus supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health field and licensure are required.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience and 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Expertise in clinical triage, crisis intervention, and de-escalation techniques.
• Strong time management, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with Recovery-Oriented models and community-based behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Triage Clinicians and ensure rapid, compassionate crisis response.
• Manage flow of crisis calls and assignment of mobile assessments.
• Supervise and support Bachelor’s-level Triage Counselors.
• Coordinate crisis assessment requests across AMCI and YMCI teams.
• Provide real-time oversight to ensure shift productivity and case prioritization.
