Job summary

The Brien Center for Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Inc. is seeking a supervisor for the AMCI/YMCI team to oversee clinicians, family partners, peer specialists, and staff on rotating shifts, ensuring triage and supervisory decisions are implemented in coordination with the Emergency Services Administrator on Call.

The role includes coordination of mobile crisis services for youth and adults throughout Berkshire County, providing crisis intervention, consultation, and level of care

Qualifications

• PhD, MSW or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, other equivalent graduate clinical degree.
• LCSW, LICSW, LMHC required within 6 months of eligibility date.
• 2-3 year’s post license clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to AMCI/YMCI Team staff.
• Coordinate mobile crisis services for youth and adults across Berkshire County.
• Perform crisis intervention, consultation and level of care evaluations.
