Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health is seeking a Supervisor I/II for Mobile Crisis Assessment and Treatment. The role focuses on crisis intervention, supervision, and coordinating rapid response teams to serve youth and adults in community settings.

Qualified candidates will hold a Master’s in behavioral sciences, have crisis intervention experience, and possess an active license or be in DOH licensure process. Benefits include strong PTO, health plans, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in the behavioral sciences.
• Two years’ post-master’s degree experience in crisis intervention and mental health treatment.
• Active DOH licensure or pursuit for licensure within 6 months.
• Valid driver's license and ability to use personal vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis assessment and stabilization services in the community.
• Train and supervise MCAT staff weekly.
• Cover shifts as needed.
• Travel to client sites and collaborate with agencies.
• Ensure data collection and reporting per guidelines.
