Job summary

Thrive Behavioral Health in Warwick, RI is seeking a Team Leader for Mobile Crisis/Emergency Services. This full-time exempt position provides supervision to case managers and direct service staff, overseeing daily operations and ensuring quality, trauma-informed care.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a human service field, an independent license, and QMHP certification, with at least 2 years of emergency services experience. On-site work with a dedicated team in Rhode Island.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services field (social work or counseling).
• Independent license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and individual clinical/administrative supervision and leadership to assigned team.
• Monitor day-to-day activities and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Provide orientation to new team members and ensure standards (QMHP) are met.
• Monitor clinical documentation for Thrive standards and timelines.
• Provide direct clinical supervision per BHDDH Rules and Regulations.
• Maintain positive team communication and collaboration.
• Assist in staff recruitment and performance evaluations.
• Manage scheduling and 24/7 mobile crisis coverage.
• Provide on-call administrative back-up as needed.

Education

Master’s Degree in the human service field of social work or counseling
