Zusammenfassung

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) seeks an MCI Clinician to join our Mobile Crisis Intervention and Community Behavioral Health Center team in Worcester, MA. You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based crisis care to individuals and families in the community.

You will assess risk, provide stabilization, coordinate with psychiatry and case management, and help connect people to appropriate levels of care with a focus on safety, dignity, and recovery.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a closely related clinical behavioral health field.
• Two years of crisis assessment, emergency services, or related crisis experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, risk-evaluation, safety-planning, crisis-intervention, stabilization, and level-of-care determination skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide in-person behavioral health crisis assessment, intervention, stabilization, and post-stabilization services to individuals who present to the CBHC, regardless of clinical acuity.
• Evaluate walk-ins, police drop-off, or telehealth cases with comprehensive risk assessments to determine the safest level of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary crisis team to determine treatment recommendations and next steps.
• Explain assessment findings, treatment recommendations, safety plans, and follow-up expectations clearly to individuals and supports.
• Complete progress notes, assessments, and documentation within established timelines and regulatory requirements.
