Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Mobile Crisis Dispatch Team Lead in Asheville, NC. The role oversees a multidisciplinary team delivering crisis response across residential, school, workplace and community settings.

You will supervise dispatchers, manage on-call coverage, and ensure timely coordination of services and documentation. The ideal candidate has strong communication, supervisory skills, and experience in behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Leads the Mobile Crisis Dispatch Team to provide timely crisis response.
• Coordinates with residential, school, workplace and community settings.
• Requires qualifications or licensure per service definition (QP/CCAS/CCS) or relevant MH/DD/SA education.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dispatchers and coordinate team coverage.
• Assist with crisis phone calls and on-call coverage.
• Interview, hire, and train staff; manage performance and conduct coaching.
• Ensure Service Authorization Requests are completed and PCPs are implemented.
• Maintain daily service notes and required documentation.
