Job summary

RHA Health Services is seeking Qualified Behavioral Health Professionals for full-time Mobile Crisis Management in Buncombe, Madison and Yancey counties. You will respond to crises to prevent inpatient hospitalization and work from home between on-call shifts.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in relevant fields and 1+ years of crisis experience, with licensure or certification as required. The role offers non-traditional hours, holiday availability and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year crisis experience (ACTT, IIHS, inpatient treatment facility or similar).
• Must meet criteria for 'QP' status as defined by the position.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent with related experience.
• Licensing or certification as required by the governing board.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis response services in home, school, workplace and community settings.
• Support individuals to live independently with recovery-focused interventions.
• Serve as a link between individuals served, family, guardians, the company and local agencies.
• Perform case management, referrals, and coordination of services.
