RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Crisis Responder / ParaProfessional to deliver Mobile Crisis Management in Buncombe, Madison, and Yancey counties. The role supports crisis resolution from home or community settings, with on-call 11-hour shifts and guaranteed 40 hours weekly.

The ideal candidate has crisis experience, a GED or high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a non-office based, on-call work environment.

Qualificações

• We require a GED or high school diploma and at least one year of crisis-related experience.
• Experience in crisis response and working with individuals with mental health or substance use challenges.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide mobile crisis response services in various settings to reduce unnecessary hospitalization.
• Maintain communication with interdisciplinary teams and community partners.
• Support clients in daily living, skills development, and behavior management.
• Coordinate case management and referrals as needed.
