Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC seeks Qualified Behavioral Health Professionals for FULL TIME Mobile Crisis Management (MCM) serving Buncombe, Madison, and Yancey counties. The role provides crisis response in home, school, and community settings to help prevent hospitalization, with on-call shifts and a non-traditional schedule.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Human Services or related field and 2+ years of crisis experience, or a Master’s with 1+ year, plus appropriate licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Human Services field) and 2+ years crisis experience.
• Bachelor's degree (Not Human Services) and 4+ years crisis experience.
• Master’s degree or higher and 1+ years crisis experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides crisis response in home, school, workplace and community settings.
• Focuses on recovery, skill-building and independent living.
• Links clients with services, coordinates with guardians and agencies.
• Maintains communication with clinical staff and expedites service implementation.
