Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC seeks a Responder Team Lead / Mobile Crisis Management to supervise staff and coordinate services for individuals with MH/DD/SA needs. You will guide care across residential, school, workplace, and community settings and ensure high-quality, person-centered plans are implemented.

The role requires leadership, clinical supervision, and readiness for a 24/7 on-call cycle, with related licensure or advanced degree in human services.

Qualifications

• Licensed or licensure-eligible professional in human services per service requirements.
• Education aligned with MH/DD/SA work and relevant experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and staffing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff to ensure quality services per PCP.
• Coordinate first response resources and 24/7 on-call coverage.
• Provide training and performance feedback to employees.
• Oversee service authorizations and documentation compliance.
• Maintain EMR documentation and ensure regulatory standards.
