Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Qualified Professional / Mobile Crisis Responder to provide crisis response services across Alamance, Person, and Caswell Counties in North Carolina. The role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges through 24/7 mobile crisis management.

Responsibilities include crisis de-escalation, linkage to services, and collaboration with law enforcement and community partners.

Qualifications

• Crisis service experience required.
• Pre-employment screening including background check and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate relationships between the company, families, and community.
• Provide supportive counseling to minimize psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence impact.
• Develop daily living and social skills with clients; assist in behavior and anger management.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call system and coordinate first response resources.
• Perform case management and referrals; link clients to services.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain communication and standardize procedures.
