Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Mobile Crisis Management Crisis Responder in North Carolina. The role involves delivering acute face-to-face crisis support for people experiencing mental health, substance use, or developmental disabilities crises in residential, school, workplace, and community settings.

We value a minimum of one year in crisis management, a valid driver’s license, and a patient-centered approach to promote recovery and functioning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ONE year’s experience in crisis management settings (e.g., assertive outreach, ACT, ER, or 24/7 crisis response).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for timely face-to-face crisis response.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute face-to-face crisis support to MH/SA/IDD clients in various settings.
• Work with families, agencies, and communities to link to follow-up care.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call system and coordinate first-response resources.
