Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join the Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) team on a statewide platform serving Western Massachusetts and beyond. You will supervise clinicians, provide trauma-informed crisis assessments, and guide care coordination to avoid unnecessary emergency care while maintaining high clinical standards.

Ideal candidates hold a MA license (LICSW/LMHC) with crisis services experience and a track record of professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.
• Current independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC).
• Experience in crisis services, mobile crisis intervention, or emergency services.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff-centered clinical supervision and document per BHN guidelines.
• Guide clinicians in trauma-informed crisis assessments and stabilization for adults, youth, and families.
• Offer clinical consultation for high-acuity and high-risk situations including safety planning and level-of-care decisions.
• Assist clinicians in professional development goals and training resources.
• Evaluate onboarding and milestones, providing feedback to foster independent practice.
• Monitor caseloads, response times, productivity, and documentation quality.
• Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with BHN, CBHC, MassHealth, and HIPAA standards.
• Deliver crisis assessments, short-term stabilization, care coordination, and direct clinical services as needed.
• Collaborate with MCI team, CBHC, ERs, first responders, families, schools, and community partners to coordinate care.
