Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a closely related clinical field required.
• Two years of crisis experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, risk evaluation, safety planning, and disposition decision skills.
• Ability to use evidence-based tools and maintain clinical judgment in urgent situations.

Aufgaben

• Provide in-person crisis assessment, intervention, stabilization, and post-stabilization services.
• Evaluate walk-ins, police drop-off, or telehealth cases and complete risk assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatry, leadership, clinicians, peer specialists, and recovery coaches.
• Use evidence-based tools to complete assessments and level-of-care determinations.
• Identify community-based options to meet medical-necessity criteria and reduce hospitalizations.
• Explain findings, care plans, safety plans, and follow-up expectations clearly.
• Provide clinical consultation and assist with training of new clinicians and interns.
• Complete intakes and assessments for CBHC Access Center operations as needed.
• Maintain thorough electronic documentation within timelines and regulatory requirements.
