  • Guide clinicians in delivering timely, trauma-informed, culturally responsive crisis assessments, interventions, and stabilization services for adults, youth, and families.
  • Provide clinical consultation and oversight for high-acuity and high-risk situations, including risk assessment, safety planning, level-of-care decisions, and diversion from unnecessary emergency department or inpatient care.
  • Help clinicians establish professional-development goals, monitor progress, and connect them with training and resources that strengthen crisis-service competencies.

  • Clinical experience in crisis services, mobile crisis intervention, emergency services, stabilization, or another high-acuity behavioral health setting required.
  • Strong clinical judgment and demonstrated skill in risk assessment, safety planning, crisis intervention, level-of-care determination, and care coordination.
  • Knowledge of CBHC, Mobile Crisis Intervention, MassHealth crisis-service models, medical necessity, and payer documentation expectations preferred.
  • Ability to coach clinicians, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth and high‑quality crisis practice.
  • Cultural responsiveness and the ability to work effectively with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds during complex and stressful situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, collaboration, and technology skills, including proficiency with electronic health records, telehealth, email, and common office tools.
