Job summary

One Hope United is seeking a Mobile Crisis Case Manager to deliver community-based crisis intervention, case management and mental health services for children and adults. The role emphasizes rapid crisis response, linkage to resources, in-home assessments, and safety planning in alignment with ARC guidelines.

The position requires a BS/BA (BSW preferred), 3+ years in child welfare, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree; BSW preferred in a human service-related field.
• 3+ years related experience in child welfare.
• Valid driver’s license with OHU coverage requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based crisis intervention and case management.
• Coordinate links to resources and services for clients in crisis.
• Conduct Crisis/Safety Assessment with 90-minute ETA.
• Provide in-home services to assess needs and safety planning.
• Maintain Medicaid-compliant documentation and paperwork on time.
• Represent agency at court hearings as needed.
• Ensure client files are complete and up to date.
