Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in the Human Services field.
• Valid Kansas driver’s license required.
• Ability to relate well to employees and the public in a positive way.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with diverse socio-economic groups.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize identified crises safely for patients in distress.
• Assess strengths and needs, triage with Crisis Team, and coordinate with community resources.
• Collaborate with community agencies to address immediate needs and support systems; participate in plans.
• Attend meetings and provide services in community settings; respond to crisis requests and arrange appropriate care.
