Job summary

CBRE seeks a Mobile Engineer to keep facilities running by performing hands-on maintenance across HVAC, building systems, and equipment.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, review work orders, and ensure safety and compliance while supporting high reliability for client facilities. A valid driver’s license and Universal CFC certification are required, with 4–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; trade school diploma preferred.
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver’s license are required.
• 4–5 years of job-related experience; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing and life safety systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials and maintain tools/inventory.
• Implement preventive maintenance and oversee emergency repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety directives.
