Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Union Mobile Building Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across multiple buildings, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems.

You will review work orders, manage parts and tools, and implement preventive maintenance to extend equipment life. You will ensure compliance with codes and safety standards while operating company vehicles and communicating clearly with clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–4 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and Universal CFC certification required.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and meet physical requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, maintain supplies.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Operate company vehicle as needed.
