Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed.
• Proven verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with internet and basic computer use.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to established customer service standards and deliver solutions.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and promote self-service options.
• Lobby management: greet customers and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately per policy.
• Resolve escalated account issues and log complaints.
• Introduce customers to appropriate banking partners for services.
• Perform branch operations like cash handling, vault, ATM, and wires.
• Handle account maintenance and AML/KYC related activities.
• Follow compliance and risk controls and support brand integrity.
• Promote an inclusive, customer-centric environment.
