Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months in customer service or sales preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a high-traffic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment; educate customers and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding; identify customer needs and demonstrate solution-based selling.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review promotions and stay customer ready.
• Build relationships with leadership and nearby teams to support customer experience from account setup to device support.
• Follow up with customers, manage referrals, Be Back processes, and handle price overrides for offers when appropriate.
