T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in high-traffic partner locations. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while engaging customers and exceeding sales targets.

You will complete in-store training, use digital tools, build relationships with customers and nearby staff, handle onboarding, and participate in price overrides for offers. Full- and part-time roles come with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilize digital self-serve tools during onboarding to demonstrate value and drive sales.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stay customer-ready by reviewing updates.
• Be customer-obsessed: build rapport, trust, and loyalty, follow up with customers, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
