Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate (Store-in-Store) to engage customers in a busy retail setting, educate on wireless solutions, and demonstrate how to self-serve using the T-Mobile app. You will build relationships, identify customer needs, and drive sales through solution-based conversations.

Strong communication and coaching skills are essential. A High School Diploma is required; prior retail/customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and educate on T-Mobile solutions.
• Use solution-based selling to demonstrate value of products and services and guide customers to self-serve via the T-Mobile app.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes and systems; stay updated on promotions and resources to ensure customer readiness.
• Build relationships with nearby store leadership to support customer experience from account setup to device support.
