Job summary

T-Mobile hires Mobile Associates to energize customers as brand ambassadors and grow knowledge of wireless products and services. This learning role focuses on building skills in customer service and sales while preparing for advancement to Mobile Expert.

Starting pay is $19.50 per hour plus $5 training pay. After onboarding, employees are eligible for an annualized incentive and a guaranteed $20/hour when including incentives. Competitive benefits and stock programs are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred)
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Change Agility, Communication, Customer Problem Solving, Customer Service, Engaging People, Multitasking, Sales, Teamwork Orientation, Age 18+, Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
