Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates to join our energetic stores. Earn a base hourly pay of $18 plus $5 training pay, with a guaranteed $20/hour once incentives are factored in, and potential annual stock grants.

This is an entry-level learning role focused on customer engagement, demonstrations, and growing to Mobile Expert. Ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced retail environment and helping customers connect with the latest technology and solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
• Passionate customer advocate with strong communication.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep our customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including anything from unique accessories to innovative IoT devices.
• Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Becomes skilled with and consistently uses digital tools in interactions and onboarding to actively demonstrate.
• Establishes relationships with and partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service to successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
