T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates to serve as brand ambassadors in a fast-paced wireless retail environment. You will learn to assess customer needs, demonstrate plans and devices, and guide customers toward the right solutions while building lasting relationships.

The role emphasizes on-the-job training and progression toward the Mobile Expert level, with focus on service excellence, teamwork, and adapting to evolving technology and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
