Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to act as a brand ambassador in-store, helping customers with their shopping journey and demonstrating the latest technology.

You will build product knowledge, connect with customers, and grow into a Mobile Expert role as you learn alongside peers and leaders. Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour base, plus $5.00 per hour training pay, with a guaranteed $20/hour including incentives and stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience.
• Ability to demonstrate technology in-store.
• Willingness to learn and grow to Mobile Expert.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
• Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan that keep our customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including anything from unique accessories to innovative IoT devices.
• Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Becomes skilled with and consistently uses digital tools in interactions and onboarding to actively demonstrate:
• Establishes relationships with and partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service to successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
