Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive inventory of all mobile devices using ServiceNow and MDM systems.
• Track device assignments, ownership, deployment status, and location; resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate provisioning of new mobile devices, including configuration and enrollment in MDM before deployment.
• Manage complete device lifecycle from procurement through retirement, including upgrades and disposal.
• Schedule and execute device refreshes and replacements; ensure data wiping and secure disposal.
