Job summary

Mega Cloud Lab seeks a Mobile Asset Analyst to manage corporate mobile device inventory, lifecycle, provisioning, and end-user support. The role includes ServiceNow and MDM administration to ensure compliant tracking and cost optimization.

The analyst will generate reports on fleet utilization and ensure secure disposal of retired devices, while coordinating hardware refreshes and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; combination with experience considered.
• 2-3 years of experience in MDM, ITAM, or technical support.
• Familiar with iOS and Android devices and lifecycle practices.
• Proficient with ServiceNow asset management modules.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Baseline knowledge of enterprise IT security and data compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of mobile devices across the organization using ServiceNow and MDM.
• Track device assignments, status, and location to ensure audit-ready records.
• Coordinate device provisioning, imaging, and MDM enrollment.
• Manage full device lifecycle from procurement to retirement, including disposal.
• Create reports and dashboards on fleet utilization and costs.
• Resolve service requests and incidents in ServiceNow; ensure security compliance and data privacy.
