Job summary

Visionaryz Inc. is seeking a Mobile Asset Analyst to manage mobile device inventory, lifecycle, procurement, deployment, and technical support. The role emphasizes hands-on ServiceNow usage, MDM systems, and strong IT security awareness.

The candidate will track inventories, coordinate provisioning and imaging, and ensure secure disposal while generating reports and supporting end users across IT teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) or IT Asset Management or related field
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform, especially asset management modules
• Knowledge of iOS and Android platforms and mobile device lifecycle management
• Experience managing and tracking mobile device inventories
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to document procedures and provide technical guidance to end users
• Understanding of IT security principles and data protection compliance
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other mobile devices using ServiceNow and MDM systems
• Track device assignments, ownership, deployment status, and locations
• Coordinate provisioning, configuration, imaging, and MDM enrollment
• Manage the complete device lifecycle from procurement through retirement
• Coordinate device refreshes, replacements, data wiping, and secure disposal
• Maintain asset records and create reports, dashboards, and queries in ServiceNow
• Generate reports on mobile fleet composition, costs, compliance, and utilization
• Process and resolve mobile device service requests and incidents
• Monitor security alerts and support lost/stolen device response procedures
• Coordinate with IT teams, end users, and external vendors
• Support inventory optimization, compliance, lifecycle tracking, and secure asset retirement
