Job summary

CyberX Info System is seeking a Mobile Asset Analyst in New York to manage mobile device inventory, procurement, and lifecycle processes. You will ensure devices are deployed, maintained, and retired per policy and security standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with IT asset management, familiarity with iOS/Android ecosystems, and strong communication to guide end users and document procedures.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in mobile device management or IT asset management.
• Knowledge of iOS and Android platforms and lifecycle practices.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms with asset modules.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to document procedures.
• Understanding of IT security and data protection compliance.
