Comcast is seeking a Retail Service Associate to support the store team across mobile, education, and service tasks. You will maintain a clean, efficient store environment and deliver a best-in-class customer experience for mobile products and services.

You will handle mobile activations, education, troubleshooting, and escalations, while assisting with operational priorities to ensure customers leave confident and excited about Comcast offerings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills an asset.
• Comfort with technology and devices a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with mobile activations and customer education.
• Troubleshoot and escalate device and service issues as needed.
• Assist customers with account security, returns, and warranty processes.
• Maintain store cleanliness, display adherence, and inventory checks.
• Promote digital options and upsell accessories or add-ons.
