Job summary

Comcast Advertising is seeking a Retail Service Associate to support the store team and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across mobile, operational, and transactional activities.

You will handle mobile activations, education, troubleshooting, and escalations while assisting with store priorities to ensure customers leave confident and excited about Comcast products and services. Base pay starts at $19/hour with eligibility for commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Mobile activations and customer education, guiding customers through setup and features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues and assist with escalations.
• Activate and configure devices, transfer data, and assist with account security and password resets.
• Support store operations, maintain visual standards, merchandising, and inventory.
• Handle on-demand deliveries and upsell accessories or add-ons to customers.
