Job summary

UFC Gym seeks an MMA Sales Admin Manager to lead member services and drive Private Training and Supplements revenue. You will oversee scheduling, time-keeping, and communications of club policies, ensuring a positive customer experience both personally and through Coach supervision.

The role requires 7-day availability including mornings and nights, a strong sales drive, and the ability to manage staff, run prospecting, and coordinate sessions with clients to maximize revenue and member

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design and sales.
• Experience with MMA techniques and related coaching preferred.
• Ability to operate and adjust fitness equipment and understand club policies.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with members.
• Execute effective prospecting, conduct guest tours, and close sales.
• Manage scheduling, time-keeping, and client communications to ensure service delivery.
