Job summary

UFC GYM is hiring a Personal Training Sales Manager responsible for delivering exceptional member service and driving Private Training & Supplement revenue. The role requires seven-day availability, including mornings and nights, and oversight of scheduling and time-keeping across the club.

You will manage client programs, conduct sales of training packages, and coordinate with coaches to meet monthly revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Must operate and adjust fitness equipment.
• Knowledge of UFC Gym policies and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Computer proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with Members.
• Develop and execute a prospecting and sales strategy, conduct guest tours, and close training sales.
• Service Intro PT packages, build value, and re-sign clients on full programs.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure timely appointments; manage client programs and measurements.
• Oversee revenue-generating activities (supplements, seminars, workshops) and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain club administration and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
