Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking an MMA Sales Admin Manager to drive private training and supplement revenue while delivering outstanding member service. This role requires coordinating with coaches, overseeing scheduling, and enforcing club policies to meet revenue goals.

The position demands availability seven days a week, including mornings and evenings, and leads a team under the Fitness Manager. Strong sales and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design, and sales.
• MMA techniques related to Striking/Grappling.
• Operate and adjust fitness equipment.
• Know UFC Gym policies and safety procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Must clock in/out for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with Members.
• Execute prospecting, tours, and complete sales of staff when needed via turnover.
• Service Intro PT packages, build value, re-sign clients on full programs.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure appointments are maintained and timely.
• Oversee revenue generating activities and achieve monthly targets.
• Manage club operations and communicate goals to staff.
