Job summary

UFC Gym is seeking an MMA Coach to deliver exceptional member service, drive Private Training and supplement sales, and help meet revenue goals for Private Coaching and Supplements.

The role requires weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday or both) and a focus on changing lives through service, science and sales. You will conduct private MMA training sessions, maintain a clean gym space, and support franchise revenue initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Working knowledge of the dotFIT program and software.
• Ability to operate all fitness equipment.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Basic Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private & Small Group Training with members.
• Assist members and encourage involvement in private training.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs and supplement purchases.
• Achieve monthly revenue objectives for Private Coaching and Supplements.
• Perform Starter Sessions and prospecting activities.
