Job summary

UFC GYM in Hawaii is seeking an MMA Sales Manager to drive growth of private coaching and combat sports programs, delivering a premium member experience by transitioning from general membership to results-driven training.

You will lead sales of private/small group sessions, manage the Turn-Over process, hit revenue targets for training and supplements, and supervise coaching staff to ensure service excellence and growth across the club.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in fitness sales, hospitality, or retail management.
• Experience in employee relations or staff supervision preferred.
• Current CPR/AED certification required; must possess at least one nationally recognized fitness certification recognized by UFC GYM.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; a 4-year degree preferred.
• Physical ability to stay active on the fitness floor for long periods and lift up to 45+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly revenue goals for Private Training, Small Group Training, and Supplements.
• Lead fitness tours, conduct member prospecting (in-person/digital), present training options, and convert introductory packages into full, long-term programs.
• Master the Turn-Over: ensure seamless hand-off from front-desk sales to coaching staff.
• Build a dedicated client base through outreach, tracking body fat/measurements, and managing supplement booths or seminars.
• Coach the Coaches: lead meetings; supervise coaches to meet targets.
• Serve as the point of contact for member inquiries regarding Coaching Department; resolve issues promptly.
• Schedule client appointments, manage staff schedules and time-keeping.
