Job summary

UFC Gym is seeking an MMA Coach to deliver high-quality private and group training, while driving revenue through private coaching and supplement sales. You’ll ensure a positive member experience, supervise the fitness floor, and participate in events and workshops.

A weekend shift is required and you will report to the MMA Manager, interacting with members and staff daily. The role emphasizes service, science and sales, with a focus on safety, program design and client progress.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Working knowledge of the dotFIT program and software.
• Ability to operate all fitness equipment safely and effectively.
• Familiarity with company policies, safety procedures and emergencies.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private and small group training with members.
• Assist members and promote involvement in private training.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs, supplements and tracking.
• Participate in revenue activities such as workshops and supplement booths.
• Meet monthly revenue objectives for private coaching and supplements.
• Perform starter sessions and prospecting activities.
• Maintain fitness floor organization and training spaces.
