UFC GYM Whitestown, IN seeks a results-driven MMA Sales Manager to lead Private Training and Supplement sales, ensuring outstanding member service and supervision. The role requires coordinating coaching staff, scheduling, and adherence to club policies, with a focus on revenue growth and customer experience.

The position entails 7-day availability including mornings and evenings, overseeing programs, and driving weekly and monthly sales goals within a busy fitness club environment.

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design, and sales.
• In depth MMA knowledge and ability related to Striking/Grappling.
• Must be able to operate and adjust all Fitness equipment.
• Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures, including safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly attitude.
• Strong customer service focus with professional responses to guests, members and staff.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
• Adherence to meal and rest break periods; clock in/out for shifts.

Responsabilités

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with Members; prospecting and converting clients.
• Service Intro PT packages, build value, and re-sign clients for full programs.
• Prospect members in person and digitally to generate appointments.
• Maintain client scheduling, program administration and measurement tracking.
• Assist revenue-generating activities: workouts, supplement booths, seminars, etc.
• Achieve monthly revenue objectives for Private Training and Supplements.
• Review sales performance with Fitness Manager and staff; enforce sales processes.
• Schedule and manage client appointments independently; coordinate sessions.
