Job summary

The UFC Gym is seeking a motivated MMA Coach to ensure a positive member experience by delivering great member service, private training, and supplement revenue. This role requires at least one weekend day and a passion for helping members achieve their fitness goals.

You will lead private and small group training, guide clients through programs, and support revenue-generating activities while maintaining a clean, organized training space and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Working knowledge of the dotFIT program and software.
• Able to operate all fitness equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience with Word and Excel.
• Weekend availability.
• Current CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Sales execution on key metrics.
• Sell and conduct Private and Small Group Training with Members.
• Assist members and encourage member involvement in private training.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking and workout programs.
• Assist in revenue generating activities such as complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, and workshops.
• Sell training sessions, execute an effective prospecting strategy, conducting guest tours, and responsible for completing sales of when needed through the Turn-Over process.
• Responsible for achieving personal monthly revenue objectives and minimum standards set forth by the Company with regards to Private Coaching and Supplements.
• Perform “Starter Sessions” and prospecting activities.
