UFC Gym is seeking a dynamic MMA Sales Manager in the United States (Honolulu, HI) to drive growth in private coaching and combat sports programs, ensuring a premium member experience. You will push private/small group sessions, manage the Turn-Over process, and hit revenue targets for training and supplements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness sales, hospitality, or retail management experience.
• Current CPR/AED certification required; at least one nationally recognized fitness certification.
• High School Diploma or GED required; a 4-year degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly revenue goals for Private Training, Small Group Training, and Supplements.
• Lead fitness tours, member prospecting, present options, and convert packages into long-term programs.
• Ensure seamless Turn-Over from front-desk sales to coaching staff; start new members with an action plan.
• Build client base through outreach, track measurements, and manage supplement booths or seminars.
