Job summary

UFC Gym in Mililani Town is seeking an MMA Sales Manager who is responsible for driving growth in private coaching and ensuring a premium experience for members. The role includes leading sales and service training while meeting revenue targets.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in fitness sales, possess strong technical knowledge in MMA, and a passion for helping others in their fitness journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fitness sales, hospitality, or retail management.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• Must possess at least one recognized fitness certification.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly revenue goals for private training and supplements.
• Lead fitness tours and convert introductory packages.
• Ensure seamless hand-off between sales and coaching staff.
